小新 Pad Pro 12.7 磁吸键盘及支架
I have the Lenovo physical keyboard cover for this tablet and my keyboard stopped working.I've tried reboots, checking settings, cleaning pogo pins and even performed a factory reset; but the keyboard still wont work. No lights for caps-lock either.
Anyone face this problems before please help me to find way to fix. Because I'm from Campuchia and can't send it to warranty factory. According to the description, it is a hardware problem and can only be sent to a service station in mainland China for repair.
