I need help for z5 pro gt I can't unlock bootloader

I wish install room custom or room official because right now I don't services google for restore my back up from old device to my z5 pro gt and also when install Whatsapp I can't restore my chat back up . The website zui.com/iunlock when I put it all data it is not send me the file sn.img after say you have try tomorrow limit try

In the FastBoot mode (at the volume of the shutdown status+power button, the green start interface), unlock it for 1 key. No need to apply for unlock files.
