r9000p2021h用typec给手机充电功率没有15W

电脑是r9000p2021h,在刚买的时候给手机充电可以达到15w,后来重新装了一次系统就不行了,为了排除系统问题,就恢复了出厂系统,也重新装了AMD sio驱动和电源管理驱动,还是不行,想问一问有没有大佬知道这是什么情况,怎么解决。
