之前因为风扇散热策略过于激进，使用了一段时间的TpFancontrol，
这个软件怎么说呢，有用是有用，但是电脑会经常休眠，打开系统日志
会有一大堆错误，我这边就研究了一下，通过ThrottleStop这个软件来
实现降频，达到风扇安静的效果。
