小新pad（12.0.624）版本，app进行在TF路径下无法写文件

File file = new File(“/storage/6465-6362”);
获取TF路径的写文件权限，
file.canWrite()=false

安卓10版本出的问题肯定不会给解决了，现在安卓11都差不多了
