没头没尾的问题，怎么用不了也没说清楚。你用什么连接？typec转hdmi还是type c带E Marker芯片的线还是几合一的转换器？如果是几合一的转换器换个电源插入转换器，或者直接不用插电源。

你好，目前只支持Win10系统，有数据线连接或无线连接，有线连接需要在PC上安装Ready For Assistant，打开并用手机扫描二维码，才能连接使用
