Win 10提升隐藏性能

总结来说，“卓越性能”要比“节能”模式下的 CPU 运算能力提高了 10.6% 左右，但“卓越性能”只支持 17666 或以上版本，若在 Powershell 中输入代码后显示“无法创建新的电源方案”，则代表 Win 版本不支持。
